We guarantee products against manufacturing defects for 3 years
The OptiCall Opticians handover paging system comes with a really great warranty.
We believe this to be the best warranty on ANY pager system worldwide and are proud to be the leader in this very important area. Which is why we offer a 3 year manufacturing warranty because we know that the failure in our systems in the UK is 0.3% which is 3 units per 1000, this is the main reason why we can offer a 3 year manufacturing defect warranty and others can not.
This warranty is standard on all new systems supplied to customers. We were the first to offer a 2 year warranty and then we extended it for our customers.
3 Years is the longest warranty out of all of our competitors, there longest period is 2 years well we are LRS UK and we like to go that one step further for our customers and offer 3 years against manufacturing defects.
Please note that manufacturing warranty is NOT covered for accidental damage e.g... Dropping the system into water, dropping it on the floor, driving over it or any other accidental damage that might happen to the pagers or pager system. When you purchase a system form us directly all you need to do is agree to our terms and conditions and then you automatically the 3 year manufacturing warranty.
All warranty work for the UK is carried out within the UK in our Stoke on Trent offices and our typical turn around is just usually 2-3 days. We hope that you never need to use the warranty facility, but if you do, we intend to make your visit as easy as possible for an efficient, fast, and great repair to your equipment.
The warranty applies to all of our paging systems.
